A strategy for infusing innovation into treatment planning will be taught and practiced, and implications from neuroscience will be explored.
Objectives
Attendees will:
- Conceptualize play therapy treatment planning as a purposeful, innovative process
- Discover the neuroscience rationale for leveraging creativity in the play therapy treatment planning process
- Improve cognitive flexibility through collaborative play therapy case practice brainstorming
- Innovate on the fly to craft intentional play therapy treatment plans for a variety of fictitious clients and counseling settings
